Printer Friendly Operating Instructions:

  1. Mix your beverage in mixing bucket.
  2. NEVER ADD ICE TO MACHINE. This will cause permanent damage the machine. The machine makes slush without ice in a freezing cylinder.
  3. Locating the unit in direct sunlight, near cooking facilities or any high heat area may reduce the performance of your machine.
  4. Place the machine on a table, counter or workstation that is able to support 150 pounds and will have a dedicated electrical outlet.
  5. Air intake is at the rear of the machine and discharge through the side; both require 8" clearance. All machines require 6" at the top.
  6. When the RED LIGHT on front panel turns on, the visible top mix reservoir is becoming low. When this happens, FILL WITH MORE MIX. Do not allow machine to continue running in normal ON mode when reservoir is completely empty.
  7. If contents become too frozen to easily serve, you can turn off the freezing action and turn on refrigeration. Leave the top switch in the ON position and turn the bottom switch to the COOL position. To restart the freezing process, both switches must be in the ON position.
  8. Use ONLY our heavy-duty 12-gauge wire extension cord provided with machine. This is larger than most standard extension cords. Damage will occur to machines hooked up with a smaller than 12-gauge wire extension cord.
  9. Drawing too many drinks too fast causes them to become soupy. If this happens, wait 5-10 minutes for the machine to recover.
  10. Turn the machine off at the end of your party by turning both the top switch back to the center (indicated by the hand symbol) and unplug the machine.
  11. Use common sense while operating the machine. And never place your finger or any other object into the hopper while the machine is in operation. Serious personal injury may occur.

MIXING:

For Original and/or Strawberry Margaritas:

  1. Use the five-gallon bucket provided for mixing.
  2. Empty contents of ½ gallon concentrated mix into bucket.
  3. If adding liquor, add between 1 to 3 liters of Tequila and stir well.
  4. Add ½ to 1 liter of triple sec liqueur. (Optional. Our margarita mix already has non-alcoholic triple sec flavoring in it.)
  5. Fill bucket with cold water to blue water line and stir well.
  6. Slowly pour entire contents into machine reservoir.
  7. When the hopper and cylinder are full (normally about one inch from the top of the hopper) the machine is ready to run.
  8. Turn both the top lever switch and bottom lever switch to the right, to the ON position.

*Switch machine to ON one hour before the party.

*Drinks are ready to serve when the fan on side of machine turns off. Machine will be much more quite when this occurs.

For Piña Coladas, Strawberry Daiquiris, Tropical Punch and Rum Runners:

  1. Use the five-gallon bucket provided for mixing.
  2. Empty contents of ½ gallon concentrated mix into bucket.
  3. If adding liquor, add 2-liters lite or dark Rum and stir well.
  4. Fill bucket with cold water to blue water line and stir well.
  5. Slowly pour entire contents into machine reservoir.
  6. When the hopper and cylinder are full (normally about one inch from the top of the hopper) the machine is ready to run.
  7. Turn both the top lever switch and bottom lever switch to the right, to the ON position.

*Switch machine to ON one hour before the party.

*Drinks are ready to serve when the fan on side of machine turns off. Machine will be much more quiet when this occurs.
